These terms are a legal agreement between you, the licensed user (either an individual or organization) (“you” or “your”) and Inspirit Data Analytics Services, for use of our services including our website, dashboard, mobile application, our associated printed and online documentation (collectively, the "services"). Only the licensee may accept these terms and use the services. The licensee is the individual or entity designated as such on the Data Services Agreement which details the services that were licensed from us. Do not use the services and exit now if you are not the licensee, or a person with authority to bind the licensee to these terms. By accepting these terms or using the services you, as an individual and in your personal capacity, represent and warrant to us that you are either (i) the individual licensed to use the services, or (ii) a person duly authorized to act on behalf of the organization that is the licensee of the services, or (iii) a person that has been authorized by a licensee to use the services under the licensee’s license to use the services. If this is not the case, your use of the services is not authorized and you are personally liable and responsible for any damage incurred by IDAS.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by IDAS. Our Service also permits Users to communicate with other users of the Service (“Other Users”).
IDAS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services or posted or shared by Other Users. We do not warrant the offerings or information of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that IDAS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services or Other Users.

Inspirit Data Analytics Services (Pty) Limited, referred to as (IDAS), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information that you provide to us in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act and in line with acceptable industry standards.
2. COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use your personal information for our legitimate business purposes or for reasons where we obtained your consent to use it or you required us to use it. Rights and control over your personal information resides with the user of IDAS, who can visit the IDAS website without providing us with any personal information. However, there are cases whereby we must have access to your personal information in order for us to grant you an access to our protected and secured sites. This information will include company registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data and response data (“User Information”). You will receive your confirmation email which includes our data services agreement containing the personal information that you have provided and captured by our application. At any point, you will be given instructions by our helpdesk on how to remove yourself from the list.
3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We intend to use such information for purposes of supporting your relationship with IDAS and alerting you to new offerings as they become available. If you decide that we should not use your personal User Information to contact you, please let us know and we will not use that information for such purpose. However, please do not submit any User Information if you are less than 18 years of age.
If we use your personal information for any reason, then IDAS will firstly notify you.
4. DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION
If we require to use your data, examples of ways we would potentially use your data includes:
• Providing products, services or general information;
• Direct Mailing of our newsletters;
• Online Surveys;
• Collections of outstanding money;
• Termination of agreement;
• Marketing within the permits of the law;
• Reasonable business requirement or business purposes;
We will process and share your personal information with third parties where • you have agreed to it, • we are permitted or required to do so by law, • processing is necessary to protect the legitimate rights or interests of IDAS or a third party, • processing is necessary to conclude a contract with you.
