Who is Inspirit Consulting Group?

01 July 2019

Where does the name Inspirit come from?

The word Inspirit means rebirth. To infuse life or spirit, encourage, invigorate or strengthen.

This forms part of our core beliefs and passion when engaging with our clients.

What do we do?

Business Process Re-engineering - One of the main reasons that business owners and management fail to achieve their desired outcomes, is because they are too close to the problem.

If a business has grown organically and has expanded from a small home-based operation into a bustling office with multiple departments, it often transpires that systems have been bolted on as the company grew.

Gaps have been filled with quickly implemented but necessary solutions which have worked at the time.

In our experience we have found that these systems can be quite unstable and have even worked contrary to the business needs.

People stop asking “Why?”

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is effectively starting with a blank sheet of paper and beginning at the end.

Why Us?

We are a South African based organisation with a global footprint. At Inspirit we have experience that spans over decades within business process solutions driving automation and optimization. We have developed solutions to enhance your business processes to make them more effective and as a result make your business more profitable.

We have partnered with Africa’s largest ICT Company, EOH South Africa, giving us access to a broad range of tools and resources to empower your business.

At Inspirit, we’ll help create a product/solution that is easily accessible for small to medium organizations, not just blue-chip companies

What makes us different?

We believe in the 3 pillars for a successful organisational transformation: People, process and technology.

Far too often business transformation efforts concentrate on the process improvement strategies and business process re-engineering; while essentially ignoring the people aspect of the organisation readiness. Subsequently, these transformation initiatives do not achieve their desired results. Studies have shown that approximately three quarters of business re-engineering efforts do not achieve their objectives and one of the most commonly cited reasons for their failing is due to the lack of focus on the organization’s culture.

What can the correct systems do for you?

An efficient system allows a business to:

- respond rapidly to changing circumstances,

- react timeously to customer demands,

- reduce operating costs through streamlined processes and workflow automation

- outpace the competition.

Who doesn’t need that in business today?
